I suggest accessing the NVO from a laptop or desktop computer instead of using a mobile device or tablet. We also recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers to access the NVO as Internet Explorer or Safari aren't very well compatible with the NVO.
Usually when the website is running slow or experiencing issues, it is caused by an Internet browser setting that needs to be adjusted. We would recommend that the following steps be taken to help resolve the issue:
1) Access the website by typing in the site address each time. (www.youngliving.org)
2) Delete all temporary files, the browser's history and cookies. (We recommend doing this at least twice a month or more depending on how often you access the Internet.)
Google 'How to clear the browsers history' for X' (X= whatever browser you are using, chrome, firefox etc) and follow the instructions. When you do this, make sure the KEEP SAVED Passwords is ticked... otherwise, all your pass words will deleted and you will have to remember them all again.
3) Please ensure that any pop up blocker software is temporarily disabled.

4) Check that all security setting are set to Medium.
5) Please check that your Internet browser is set to "accept all session cookies" and 3rd party cookies.
6) Once all settings have been updated, please remember to close the current browser window and open a new window. This will ensure that all settings have been saved and are being used when accessing the website.
The NVO combines both the AU and U.S. classic virtual offices into one. You can order both AU and U.S. product from this new website. Please make sure you're using the correct payment options for it's corresponding order. Use your U.S. card for U.S. orders and your AU card for AU orders.
